Gevandov, LLC Design Studio provides a 5-day, no-questions-asked, exchange on all products and services purchased of equal or higher value items, except special order items. Special order items are "No Return", "No Exchange" and "Prepaid only". If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail admin@gevandov.com or phone and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number. All items listed as "ALL SALES FINAL" will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued. Actual shipping charges paid by Gevandov, LLC Design Studio will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you. Return the merchandise to us within 15 days of your original receipt of the order.

• The products must be returned in new, Original condition.
• You must include all packaging materials.
• You must pay any return shipping expense.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 5 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. Alternatively you may choose to get store credit for the returned item for purchase of another item at a later date.

We request information from the user on our order form.
